95% Syrah, 3% Grenache, 2% Cinsault. 60% of the wine aged in French oak barriques.
Succulent, rich, very perfumed and sturdy with hints of the northern Rhône but with much more sunshine. Still pretty youthful and chewy. Serious wine. Lots of potential. Vibrant.

62% Mourvedre, 33% Syrah, 5% Grenache. 60% of the wine was aged in French oak barrels.
Deep crimson. Very rich, sweet and dusty-smelling with a dry finish. Very strong statement with lots of life and a bit of a marine breeze. Pretty smart combination of herby ripeness with iodine freshness. Definitely needs food. A big ‘un. Lots of personality, and potential to develop. Still quite tannic on the end.
– S Delafont 2013 Languedoc rosé 16 Drink 2014-2015
36% Cinsault, 27% Grenache, 19% Mourvedre, 18% Syrah from this ‘negociant-eleveur. Very pale orangey pink. Savoury, interesting, quite substantial nose with lots of acidity nicely balancing bright fruit.Very, very slightly off dry. Very nicely judged. Powerful and well etched. Brighter than the typically soft Provence pink.

30% Rolle (Vermentino), 22% Marsanne, 16% Bourboulenc, 14% Viognier, 12% Grenache Blanc, 6% Roussanne.
Very light nose indeed. Competent, rather bland, sweet-tasting blend.
– S Delafont 2012 Limoux 15.5 Drink 2014-2016
Slightly fat, smoky and with some green vegy sensation. Competent but a little heavy and slightly astringent on the finish.
